The Highveld Lions won through to the Standard Bank Pro20 series final by beating the Titans in Centurion on Friday night.
The Titans won the toss and, with a Protea attack, chose to field first on home soil.
Neil McKenzie (34 off 26 balls) and Jonathan Vandiar (68 off 43) got the Johannesburg side off to a good start and 32 off just 21 balls by Zander de Bruyn saw the Lions to 186 in their twenty overs.
Both Morne Morkel and Dale Steyn came in for some stick in the Lions innings and the home team faced the biggest total in the series to take the best-of-three final to another game.
Blake Snijman hit a six off the first ball to start the Titans innings in grand fashion, but four wickets by Richard Cameron and two by Robert Frylinck put the match beyond the reach of the home side.
AB de Villiers, in great form at the past series against India, managed only 10 runs in the Titan's innings.
